Upon arrival, the check-in process was frustrating due to an unfriendly receptionist who rolled his eyes at our questions. The promised sauna facilities were not available, and we were forced to find alternative parking far from the hotel.

the lift system was a bit tricky. the outdoor seating pods were super comfy ☀️. the buffet food selection was impressive. bar staff were cheerful and efficient 🍹.

The hotel was clean everywhere, like seriously impressive! ! The pool area was great, perfect for sunbathing and the entertainment had moments of real fun that brought our moods up after long days.

The sea view room offered spectacular vistas, enhancing the experience of relaxation. Enjoying cocktails on the fabulous rooftop terrace with its great music was a highlight. waiting for lifts during busy times was frustrating, and occasionally, the noise from adjacent rooms disrupted the otherwise peaceful stay. The bathrooms lacked privacy due to the glass design, which I found a bit awkward.

It was just a good pick for a weekend break in Benidorm with extraordinarily good value for money. The shower was roomy with both a fixed and handheld head, making it pretty nice. Try to not rely too much on the lifts during peak times—you might find yourself waiting a while.

The Double Room I stayed in was super clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable, which made for great sleep. I appreciated having a kettle and fridge in the room—it was handy for snacks. the glass bathroom design was a bit odd for privacy. The shower had a good pressure, but I noticed some water pooling on the bathroom floor, which was a hassle.

This hotel suits me perfectly, offering amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, an outdoor swimming pool, and a spa. I remember how the staff helped me find a lost jewel on my first stay. I highly recommend enjoying the pool area, it's fantastic. I’m coming back for a weekend.

The rooftop terrace is a real highlight, offering fine views, and the pool area just rocks with plenty of sun loungers.

Room on the 10th floor offered lovely views. Clean facilities and a spacious pool area. Lifts were frustrating, took too long, especially at meal times. Entertainment staff made the stay enjoyable and engaged guests. Food selection was decent but got repetitive after a few days.

The outdoor area was lovely and very clean,. The bar had great cocktails. Breakfast always had plenty of options, and it was great to see the staff working hard to ensure everything ran smoothly.

The lifts could be a bit slow during peak times, making it slightly frustrating to get around.

my stay was highlighted by the stunning views over Benidorm from my corner room on the 13th floor and the hotel's proximity to the beach and numerous dining spots like Curry Leaf and The Clipper, making it super easy to explore and enjoy local flavors while taking leisurely walks along the coast.
